When you book a cab or submit a travel enquiry on PALAMAU YATRA, we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, pickup and drop addresses, date and time of travel, and passenger headcount. We do not collect or store credit card or debit card numbers on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To allocate the nearest verified vehicle and assign a background-verified chauffeur.
- To send automated WhatsApp booking confirmations and driver contact details.
- To provide live status tracking for family members during outstation highway journeys.
- To generate formal GST travel invoices for corporate and personal reimbursements.
3. Driver Privacy & Data Access
Assigned drivers are only granted access to passenger contact information for the duration of the scheduled trip to coordinate doorstep pickup. Once the journey is marked as completed, driver access is terminated.
4. Zero Data Selling Guarantee
PALAMAU YATRA strictly maintains a Zero Third-Party Data Sale policy. We never sell, rent, or lease passenger telephone numbers or itineraries to third-party telemarketers or advertisers.
5. Grievance & Data Deletion Requests
