1. How to Cancel or Reschedule Your Booking
To cancel or modify your pickup schedule, simply contact our 24x7 Medininagar dispatch desk via phone at +91-72098-53850 or send a message directly on our official WhatsApp desk. Please mention your unique 6-character Booking Code (e.g. PY-9B8F42).
2. Refund Processing Time
Since PALAMAU YATRA follows a Zero Mandatory Advance model, most passengers have no advance payments to recover. In cases where an advance deposit was paid for multi-day tour packages or wedding luxury coaches, refunds are processed within 2 to 4 business hours directly via original UPI / Bank account.
3. Cancellation by PALAMAU YATRA
In the rare event of severe vehicle breakdown, natural roadblocks, or extreme weather conditions where an alternative replacement vehicle cannot reach on time, PALAMAU YATRA will immediately notify the passenger and provide a 100% full refund with zero deductions.
4. Modification of Route or Destination
You may modify your drop location during the journey by informing your chauffeur and dispatch desk. Fares will simply be recalculated based on the standard per km vehicle rate with zero penalty fees.
